By accessing or using the WGS Order Processing platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, partners, quality control staff, and billing personnel.
WGS Order Processing is a multi-tenant, role-based order management platform developed by Web Graphics Studio. It enables businesses to track orders through a defined workflow pipeline — from order receipt through credit check, production, quality control, billing, and dispatch.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify your administrator if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data entered into the system — including client information, order descriptions, and financial amounts. Web Graphics Studio is not liable for any business decisions made based on data entered by users.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
The WGS Order Processing platform — including its design, source code, interface, and documentation — is the intellectual property of Web Graphics Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the platform without prior written permission from Web Graphics Studio.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Graphics Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
Web Graphics Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if these terms are violated. Upon termination, you may export your data using the Backup & Restore feature before your access is removed. You may also terminate your use of the Service at any time by contacting your administrator.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
